Sneaking out for Landscape Photography

Recently I was on a family vacation, in rural Donegal, and with the light working its magic I managed to sneak out for a couple of hours to get some photography in. The results can be seen in my latest vlog below.

The latest edition of In the Field, takes my out to perhaps my favourite location in Ireland - Glenveagh National Park in North West Ireland. Here I go in search of compositions that capture the Donegal landscape as it takes on its Autumnal coat.

An F-stop Camera bag ruined by Cat pee, and I head to Donegals Wild Atlantic Way to photograph one of its deserted yet wildly beautiful beaches, only to come away slightly disappointed.

I was lucky enough to return to "An Port" in County Donegal recently. It is a wildly remote and beautiful location, miles from the nearest village, it is a place that haunted me photographically speaking since I first visited it 12-15years ago.
