Starling Chaos

It has been a hectic few weeks since Christmas. Data backup,back log of processing and putting the new Canon 5DMK 11 have been the order of the day.

This testing has seen me in the village of Bettystown on four consecutive evenings photographing and shooting some video on what is the largest flock of Starlings I have ever seen. The sight of thousands of birds and the sounds they make is a sight to behold.

Regarding the images what I find amazing is the lack of noise when shooting at high ISO's. The lack of noise on the files generated by the Canon 5D MK11 is amazing.
